At Oppeia, every appointment is thoughtfully prepared to ensure a relaxed, seamless experience from beginning to end. To help everything run smoothly, please take a moment to read the information below before booking.
Booking & Cancellations
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may incur a cancellation fee.
Mobile Appointments
As a mobile service, I kindly ask that a clean, comfortable space with access to a plug socket is available for your appointment. I'll bring everything else needed for your treatment.
Patch Testing
For all tinting treatments, a patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before your appointment if you are a new client or have not had a tint within the last six months.
Health & Wellbeing
If you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of a contagious illness, please get in touch as soon as possible to rearrange your appointment. Your wellbeing, and that of all clients, is always a priority.
